Through one on one sessions, I offer coaching support to gain a better understanding yourself so you can intentionally create a life of meaning and purpose.  Using a variety of tools I will be your guide as together, we uncover your discovery process. This can reveal not only what stands in the way of illuminating a clear direction for you, but also your gifts, talents, desires and dreams.  

I am a Guardian of loving relationship and reconnecting to the True inner voice. I work with women in groups or individually, to help them sort out where things go awry in their relationships — with themselves, family, friends, co-workers etc. I help clients identify goals and intentions. I use Intentional Creativity as a tool to help tune into the Self beyond the small self (ego), to a wise, deeper place that we all have inside. There, we find answers to issues that have stumped the mind and created challenges.

Creativity has a way of helping us tune in and “hear” things we have not been able to access through the mind. Brilliantly simple but effective techniques using drawing, painting (no talent/experience needed) and intention give us access to new and insightful information. When appropriate, other wonderful tools such as astrology, meditation, and relaxation techniques are employed to bring about needed/wanted shifts and changes. Creativity can side step the mind in a way that allows access to our own answers - a whole new world of possibilities can open up. I can also help clients establish a creativity practice that can be life changing. I will assist you in creating a compassionate, creative approach to finding and staying on your path of healing and self discovery. This process can lead you to living a life that is more satisfying, and supports improved relationships with yourself and others.

It is a journey of Self discovery using creativity to tap into aspects of your inner knowing that can’t be accessed through simply talking.
